Quotes and payment
A request sent from this site does not by itself confirm a booking. Dispatch confirms availability, vehicle class and an upfront total on WhatsApp before the ride. Tolls and airport fees are included in the confirmed quote. All major credit and debit cards and cash are accepted. Do not send payment card details in the website form or WhatsApp inquiry.

10% off applies to your first booking with LaGuardia Car Service. Mention code FIRST10 when booking. One use per customer. Cannot be combined with other offers. Not applicable to gratuity.
Waiting and cancellation
Complimentary wait is 60 minutes after landing for international arrivals, 30 minutes for domestic arrivals, and 15 minutes for other pickups. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before sedan and SUV pickup. For Sprinters and limousines, the window is 48 hours before pickup. Communicate changes to dispatch using the contact details below.
Requests and accessibility
Flight tracking is included on airport pickups. Meet and greet with a name sign, and infant, toddler or booster seats, are free on request. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles may be requested with at least 24 hours' notice. Confirm special needs and availability with dispatch before travel. Chauffeurs are professionally licensed and background checked, and vehicles are commercially insured.
Privacy for this form
This static site has no booking database. The form builds a WhatsApp message on your device containing the details you enter and the page address. When you send it, your information is handled through WhatsApp and our dispatch process to respond to your inquiry and coordinate your trip. Phone calls are handled through your phone carrier. We use those details to arrange or discuss your requested transportation. Contact us to request correction or deletion of inquiry information we control; separate platform records may be subject to the platform's policies.
